In honor of KIND (Kids in Need of Diapers) Day, the Lafayette Student Council and HSA are partnering on an effort to donate 10,000 diapers to families in need! One-third of DC families report running out of diapers for their children; let’s take the opportunity to help raise awareness and provide basic necessities for local families.
Donations of disposable diapers of all sizes for the Greater DC Diaper Bank will be collected from Monday, April 28th to Thursday, May 8th. Send donations in with your students over the next two weeks or donate online. Donation receptacles are located at school entrances.
